René Carrasco is a writer and creator working across television, film, documentary, and animation. His projects balance high-stakes storytelling with layered cultural and historical textures, exploring themes of power, identity, and transformation. With nearly two decades of experience in research and teaching, he brings a depth of perspective that informs his world-building and character work. His current slate includes The Liberation Project, a drama–thriller series, and Welcome to the Machine, a global media–politics docuseries, alongside other projects in development. René is currently seeking representation to bring his stories to screen.
